In connection with the processing of your personal data by AirExplore, s. r. o., we hereby provide you with information under Articles 13 and 14 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free the movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation”) as the person whose personal data we process (hereafter “the person concerned”).

Personal data will not be made available to or forwarded to third countries and it will not be published.
List of personal data:
name, surname, title, permanent residence, temporary residence, date of birth, telephone number, education, experience, e-mail address, other data in a CVs, cover letter, pilot’s license, technician’s or cabin crew member’s license and job application
Personal data retention time:
For the duration of the consent to the processing of personal data, but not longer than 1 year
Rights of the person concerned:
- Right to request access to their personal data
- Right to the correction of personal data
- Right to deletion of personal data
- Right to restrict the processing of personal data
- Right to object to the processing of personal data
- Right to the transfer of their personal data
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic
The given rights of the person concerned are specified in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation. The person concerned shall exercise those rights in accordance with the Regulation and other relevant legislation. The person concerned may exercise their rights against AirExplore, s. r. o. in a written request or electronically. If the person concerned requests verbal provision of information, the information may be provided only if the person concerned has proven their identity.
